Best of all after very careful searching we have recruited two more staff to join our rapidly growing Block Management department. Having doubled in turnover last year we look set to achieve the same or more than last year, so we expect to soon be recruiting again and needing bigger premises.
When we looked to expand into this specialisation, we set the goal high. Phones always answered during office hours by a real person, respond to all calls and emails before 5pm on same day, quick reaction, a website that gives directors and flat owners quick easy online access to their accounts, and best of all reducing costs to clients by not requiring ‘commission’ from contractors.
