To Let or not to Let

Published: 04/05/2020 By Cathy Sinnot

Whilst we all find ourselves in a completely different world, now is the time more than ever, to adapt to our surroundings and the challenges that we are presented with.   With my team here  we are facing this head on and we are working as hard as ever. We  ensure that anyone who takes the time to email or phone us (and yes, our phone lines are being monitored 24/7)... that we are on hand to deal with all our property enquiries.

People still need to move, whether they have just had an addition to their family, so need to up-size... or if they need less space and want to downsize, or just fancy a change, pure and simple...we are working effectively to accommodate everyone.   To that end, we are conducting Video tours on all our homes and in cases where tenants are still in situ, those tenants are assisting us equally in passing their home video tours to us... and I have to say, we have some budding film directors out there, which is fab!

We are finding that more of our applicants are taking the view, that if they like a certain location and they know what the square footage is, can see all the professionally shot photos we have, and can view the extra video tour, they are indeed making offers and we are very successfully still letting our properties. Since lock-down we have let many of our homes and I am still adding on stock onto our website, on a weekly basis to keep the team busy.

No one needs to suspend their property search...  we all need to keep calm and carry on....and we certainly are at Allan Fuller...
