May Market Update

May Market Update

Published: 01/05/2019 By Allan Fuller

Well here we are in the merry month of May. Although I do not think too many of us are dancing with joy around the maypole. Could be that has something to do with a certain person who may or may not be our PM for much longer. Certainly in my lifetime I have never encountered the country in such a mess and total disillusion with our so called leaders.

Well that’s my rant for the day over with.  What is important locally, and across London, is that there are sellers and buyers who are active; but both in lower numbers than usual. The B word has to be a major reason. March and April have been, for us, busier, and proved that sensibly priced property is attracting buyers. Traditionally May is one of the busiest months of the year as we transition from spring to summer and look for new homes, and we have some excellent new properties coming on. So, whatever your needs and thoughts of moving, ignore the gloom and think of summer, in full bloom!
