What, you may wonder, of the property market now that the frenzy of purchasing to beat the Stamp Duty deadline has passed? August is often thought of as a slow month, however for us we successfully agreed the sale of numerous flats, noticeable among them is that we have been agreeing sales to buy to let investors.
If you have plans to move this year then time is getting short, given that the average sale takes three months from start to finish then, dare I say it, but to be in before Christmas you need to find your new home this month.
