Allan's September Market Update

What, you may wonder, of the property market now that the frenzy of purchasing to beat the Stamp Duty deadline has passed? August is often thought of as a slow month, however for us we successfully agreed the sale of numerous  flats, noticeable among them is that we have been agreeing sales to buy to let investors.
