Now ‘tis the time of mists and mellow fruitfulness, as we enter October and leave September behind us, which has been a particularly successful month for us. Exceeding our targets for the amount of sales and lettings agreed. There is no doubt on the sales side that the stamp duty reduction has been an incentive for buyers. I must add that if you are looking to take advantage of this as a buyer you will really need to have a purchase agreed before the end of this year to stand a chance of completing before the end of March 2021.
As for lettings we have maintained the same position for most of the year according to Rightmove statistics of arranging letting more properties than any other Putney agent. The team have consistently been looking after our landlords and tenants providing help and guidance to both during this traumatic year.
As we enter the final quarter of 2020 we still face uncertainty and concerns of rising contagion, maintaining safety is the most vital factor for our team, who are all part of our family business, as well as all clients, landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers. Our commitment to Putney and its surrounds is something we care about with a passion.
As the nights draw in, the leaves fall, and icy tentacles of winter beckon, we will remain your go to agent for whatever property advice and needs you may have.
